4. Service Agreements

4.1 Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual volumes, contamination levels, and service requirements. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Service Scheduling

Collection schedules are agreed upon with each client. We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control, with advance notice where possible.

4.3 Material Requirements

Clients must ensure that materials presented for collection:

• Are limited to PET and HDPE plastics as specified in the service agreement
• Are reasonably clean and free from excessive contamination
• Are stored safely and accessibly for collection
• Comply with all applicable waste management regulations

4.4 Contamination

We reserve the right to refuse collection of contaminated loads. Loads with contamination exceeding agreed thresholds may be subject to additional processing fees or rejection. We will notify you promptly if contamination is identified.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Compliance and Licenses

Cycle Matter LTD is a registered waste carrier. We maintain all necessary licenses and permits for our operations. Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring their own waste management compliance

• Complying with all applicable environmental regulations

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1 Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question in the 12 months preceding the claim.
